Reassured buying online when I saw Living is an established retailer with a large showroom. Buying process, delivery arrangements and service was first class. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Wood fire purchased was a very competitive price .

We purchased the Dimplex Fortrose as we already have a similar, smaller Dimplex Opitmyst fire whice we are very pleased with. The fire arrived in super quick time and literally is plug and play! Take it out the box, fill the orange container with water, plug it in and hey presto! It's unlikely we shall use the heater but if ever our boiler breaks then we know that we have a heater for two rooms. It's easy to maintain and looks the part. The myst is mesmerising to watch. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Would highly recommend this company. Online ordering was easy and a very good price. We had an issue with delivery date as we had ordered online but they went above and beyond to assist us getting the fire quicker. The box arrived in good condition and the fire was well packed. The fact the delivery team is part of the company I feel made a huge difference. A pleasure to deal with.

If the ACR fire was as good as ,''All about living' staff and service this would be 5star plus couldnt fault their dedicated to customers. The CVR convention heater isnt quite enough ( although it is quite than many others .shame more time isnt spent designing a quite/ silent fan instead of silly coloured effects that most will not use. Booklet doesnt give clear instructions on programing so you can easily end up with incomplete or badly programmed fire taking away from the enjoyment of a good looking quality fire that has replaced my real log burner

Absolutely first class experience. I’d narrowed down my choice of fire to a few and called the shop. They were selected as they were showing as offering the most advantageous prices nationally. They were amazing, giving clear and honest friendly advice. I proceeded to purchase on their website and then a further £10 off was offered! Fantastic! The fire arrived within a couple of days as promised and it is just perfect!

I recently received the Esse garden stove. Although I’ve not used it yet I can see that it’s exactly what I wanted; a good size, room for plenty of wood, and perfect for cooking on. Roll on summer!

Really nice suite, great heat, look really good. Only downside was the cheap led downlight bulbs which made a high pitched buzzing noise, I replaced these at my costs.

Disappointed ☹️ originally looked at Hereford 5 electric stove, £795 and the assistant said would give the flue and spigot for free. In the end went for a £1400 fire but was too big for the opening So had to go for the smaller one which was £1200. I waited nearly a month to be refunded the difference of the cheaper fire and the flue/spigot. Had to call and chase my money and was told wouldn’t offer flue for free as was only on offer on the £799 fire. So I bought a far more expensive fire and had to pay for the flue!!!!

We didn't have the best start as i ordered online and chose the delivery date to then get a phone call to say it was a bank holiday and they couldnt deliver - the system should have been updated to show this. Then i was told the fire wasnt in stock and they would have to wait for the supplier to reopen. However, I still give them 5 stars as Paul did then keep me updated and delivered as soon as they had it in stock. We havent set the fire up yet but we are very happy with the quality
